By using MelloMap, you agree to these terms. MelloMap is operated by GagaHealth Technologies Private Limited.

The Service

MelloMap provides parenting activities and resources for children aged 1-6. The content is educational and informational — it is not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional consultation. Always consult a pediatrician or qualified therapist for medical concerns about your child.

Your Account

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for activity on your account
• You must be 18 or older to use the app
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings in the app

Subscriptions and Payments

• Free tier: Access to a limited set of activities at no cost
• Premium: Full access to all activities, programs, and resources via a paid subscription
• Subscription pricing, trial terms, and billing frequency are displayed in the app before purchase
• Payments are processed through the platform's payment system or authorized payment providers
• You can cancel anytime from the app — no questions asked
• Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period

Content

• All activities, programs, and printables are owned by GagaHealth Technologies Private Limited
• You may use downloaded printables for personal, non-commercial use only
• Do not redistribute, resell, or republish our content

Disclaimer

MelloMap activities are designed for typically developing children aged 1-6. If your child has a diagnosed condition, please consult your therapist before trying activities. We provide general guidance, not therapy.

Limitation of Liability

MelloMap is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, GagaHealth Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime from the app's Settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
